doing Music Clinics in Bay Area Intermediate and High Schools teaching young adults the art of playing Jazz. With the success of the CD and the popularity of the band rising they were soon called to perform with name entertainers such as Marilyn Mc Coo, Ray Charles and Tony Bennett. The Black Market Jazz Orchestra now plays several hundred engagements a year across the country. The size of the Band varies from a 9 piece for Dance parties, to a 40 piece Orchestra for Shows. BMJO also performs at an average of 50 weddings a year and still has a commitment to education. The members of BMJO are seasoned professionals.
